This document is created to provide helpful instructions for those would like to use their Windows devices (Laptop, Desktop and Tablets) to install and use ZOOM for viewing and hearing congregation meetings. 

You will receive invitation links, meeting IDs, and passwords from your congregation and it should not be shared on social media or posted on the Internet

Windows users can download the ZOOM application from https://ZOOM.us/download or by clicking the meeting link.

Open ZOOM and click Join a meeting. Type in your Meeting ID and Name and click Join.




                   
After you join, you can Mute/Unmute, Start/Stop Video, Raise/Lower Hand (after clicking the Participants icon) and also Leave Meeting from this window.




If you have multiple audio/video input/output devices in your computer, select the appropriate device by clicking the Mute/Unmute or Start/Stop Video icon
